Job Description
The Business Operations (BO) team is responsible for the effective execution and enablement of Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) pricing strategy through development and execution of pricing and pricing related processes in timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Audit, pricing policy requirements and guidelines.
The dynamic and fast paced environment of PSG pricing requires the team to have timely and effective collaboration with many stakeholders and business partners including PSG Ops (Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Management), BMG, Distribution Partners, Sales, Marketing, PSG BU, Legal, Finance, Audit, and IT.
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Price ApprovalsEnsure authorized Distributor Price Authorizations (DPAs), Alternative Logistics Numbers (ALNs) and quotes for Market Segment Value Pricing, Transfer, Tools and Value Add are approved and issued in accordance and compliance with the pricing policies, Distribution Margin Plans, Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Audit requirements and guidelines.Price ManagementEnsure approved pricing is prepared, processed, and maintained in both Salesforce and SAP systems, in accordance to facilitate timely and accurate transactions for both Intel and distributors, as direct, PDP, Book, DPA and ALN business; and remain in full compliance of policies, margin and audit requirements.Day to Day SupportEnsure Sales Operations, Business Management, Customer Operations, Channel Management and Channel Finance are supported as necessary for quoting activity and price transactions.
Support pricing tools working closely with the responsible business and IT owners, to manage the integrity, operation, and enhancement of tools.

Pricing Policies and ProcessesChampion innovation within the team and beyond to simplify, streamline, strengthen, standardize, and systemize our PSG pricing policies, procedures, and use of pricing tools in a way that ensures execution excellence.ProjectsHelp define and then execute implementation plans for complex issues or projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of PSG systems and processes, e.g., Enhanced reporting and analytics, complex price increases, new business processes, new margin plans.Desired Competencies:

In Q4 2023, Intel announced PSG will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance/marketing or related areas
6+ years of experience in business or an equivalent role
Must be fluent in English, Mandarin as a second language is a plus
Proficiency in Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce
Familiarity with SAP
Experience with quoting and pricing tools
Experience of electronic components distribution

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
