Role
Analyze large and complex data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, effective, structured, and analytical thinking Support day-to-day data processing and enable the team in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and to support our cloud business operations Orchestrate expert-level data visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, measurable solutions for business partners to implement Execute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operational performance Standardize data and report consumption across all operations groups Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve the operational performance Essential requirements
2-5 years experience in data related field (Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer / Database Developer / Data Engineer) Demonstrated experience with one or more Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau (strongly preferred). Alternatively PowerBi or Looker Proven ability to drive business insights from operational and financial data Minimum two years of experience with Snowflake or other SQL based database Strong understanding of database design and performance concepts Bachelor degree in mathematics, physics, statistics or software development Able to work independently and as part of a team, in an agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication in English Desirable skills
Experienced in Scrum or Kanban Experience working with Jira / Salesforce / Git / DBT SPL experience Python What we offer

Poland
Base Pay: PLN 120,800.00 - 166,100.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
