　　The Ford Model e Customer Team's purpose is to deliver experiences that delight & empower our customers to move into the EV future and thrive as Ford owners.

　　For Busines analytics and Insights role, we are looking for someone that is analytical, curious, and self-motivated to lead the development of data driven insights and dashboards generated by our websites and offline activities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our industry leading selling system. You will be on the forefront of Ford Motor Company's drive to change the industry and the way customers purchase vehicles for the future. 　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Support the business team by finalizing success metrics, targets and how to measure them Partnering with Business owner and product strategy to collaboratively derive metrics. Success metrics need to culminate with a holistic view of how to track success across an omni-channel experience Lead the vision for building out leading, lagging and predictive measures for the team Lead identifying data sources and partner with our data science team to pipe the data and align on methods for tracking against the success metrics Build dashboard(s) First level: to track longitudinal business KPIs in order to track business performance Second level (and beyond): integrating metrics to gain insights to drive the business Work with team of data scientisits to help build out dashboards and insights Lead Five Why Analysis to drill into why objectives are under or over-performaing expectations Applicable to both online and offline activities As a part of this, be a catalyst for creative solutions to optimization across digital / physical including A/B testing Prioritize analysis to indicate which activities should be undertaken first for most long-term impact on the business and report out to empower business owners with data Continuously optimize reporting and analytics to increase impact on the business

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Experience diving deep into data across to develop impactful insights that drive business decisions Experience designing dashboards to clearly present data. Predictive analytics experience Ability to work with product teams to dive deep into analysis Collaborative skills to work closely with global analytics teams to build and enhance analytical capabilities Experience working with web analytics packages, knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus. Familiarity with cohort analysis Running and evaluating A/B Tests Experience with dashboarding tools such as Qlik, Looker, or Tableau SQL experience Self-motivated and curious
