Job Description: Responsible for the day-to-day business analytics regarding suggested retail pricing recommendations for Walmart and Sam’s Club within VIP, as well as weekly replenishment oversight and inventory analysis support for each customer. Additional responsibilities will identify opportunities to grow the business while being a high performing team member that takes insights into action.
Performance Management:
Handle the maintenance and communication of suggested retail price changes and promotional calendars to the internal Walmart/Sam’s team and key distributors.Partner with National Account Manager – Operations to implement the development of the Distributors annual margin plan recommendations with Walmart and Sam’s. Provide detailed analysis for Diageo’s key brand/package/market drivers.Provide all item maintenance in VIP (adding/removing items as needed).Work internally with Diageo’s Revenue Management and Supply teams to understand local pricing and replenishment initiatives and proactively identify suggested retail pricing opportunities within Walmart & Sam’s Club states.Conduct daily audits of out-of-stocks to identify markets/store item combinations that will lead to 98% in-stock or better within Walmart and Sam’s Club
Analytics and Administration:
Conduct post promotional analysis of in-store rollbacks and retail price changes related to Diageo’s brands and SKUsAssist with suggested retail pricing for innovation rolloutsAssists with distributor inquiries about pricing processes/technical/system issues.Responsible for training Diageo sales team on Walmart/Sam’s retail pricing processes and tools to further pricing capabilities within key divisions.Provide SKU level inventory support for assistance with Walmart & Sam’s replenishment teams to avoid market level inventory outages resulting in unnecessary OOSs or depletion declinesAssist with Distributor monthly tracking of Shopper Marketing executive photo recaps

Qualifications and Experience Required:
4 Year College Degree RequiredMinimum 2 years Walmart/Sam’s Club experience requiredDeep understanding of distributor operations including pricing and discountingIRI, Nielsen, Retail Link experience, VIP pricing tool required- this is a heavy Sales Analysis roleStrong solid understanding of Microsoft Excel & PowerPointSelf-motivated, results oriented with a passion for winningPositive / Can do Demeanor Required / Great Teammate
