Business Development Director for Switzerland
Location: Zurich / Hybrid
Your mission:
As Business Development Director - you are responsible for the client acquisition and the development of on-going client relationships. Your experience of selling in the IT-Service industry in the Swiss market creates an added value for our clients and strengthens Wipro's position. Ideal candidate has strong business acumen and a keen sense for the latest developments and trends on the market. Furthermore, you will evaluate the market, analyse client needs, develop business plans, initiate and close business deals.
Your tasks:
The focus is the acquisition of new clients across Swiss market (German speaking part)Nurturing and growth of existing relationshipsMarket analysis with regards to new business and expansion opportunitiesBenchmarking with competition as well as reporting and forecastingRamp-up planning as well as launch of new projectsPosition Wipro as an IT partner of choice among the defined target customersYour qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher15+ years' working experience, whereof at least 5 years' as Sales Executive in Swiss IT marketExperience of handling larger outsourcing engagements within the IT-Service industry (pre-sales or sales phase)Proven track record of sales successesProject Management experienceWillingness to travelOpen, communicative and team-orientedSelf-relient and compellingAnalytic and conceptual frame of mindGoal oriented, resilientBusiness fluent / native in German and EnglishWell networked at the CXO layers of customer organisations in Switzerland
