　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

　　Tasks and Responsibilities

　　• High NAF Auto Business & Market understanding, trends orientations.

　　• IHS data mastering & interpretation.

　　• Gathering and Analyzing requirements, Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

　　• Data Analysis: Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform on business decision, .

　　• Process Modeling: Document and model current and future-state business processes using BI tools.

　　• Communication and Collaboration

　　• Act as a bridge between business dept and the other business stakeholder (Supply chain, finance, OPS, Transfers...etc), ensuring effective communication and understanding between departments

　　• Solution Assessment and Validation: Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and objectives.

　　• Risk & Competition Analysis.

　　• To support the commercial strategy by providing a dynamic SWOT analysis.

　　• To highly contribute on NAF Business intelligence reviews.

　　• Identify and assess potential risks and issues related to the business and customers.

　　• Continuous Improvement:

　　• Propose and implement improvements to existing business processes based on analysis and feedback.

　　• Technology Evaluation:

　　• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies that could benefit the organization.

　　What your background should look like:

　　• Master (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical). Master's degree.

　　• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis (Business preferably).

　　• Good exposure to automotive environment.

　　• Exposure to Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturer's) preferred.

　　• Knowledge of MS-Office.
