Minimum qualifications:
11 years of experience in data and analytics.
Experience in SQL, Python, data engineering, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience with people management, stakeholder management, and technical program management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in SQL and other databases, automation, or business intelligence (e.g., R, Python, R, Essbase, JavaScript).
Experience in investigative work in a high data volume environment in the software, internet, media, or telecommunication industries.
Experience with data curation, ETL and integration technologies and techniques, as well as related data analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication to translate technical solutions and methodologies to executive leadership.

Establish an analytics center of excellence hub in India by establishing the goal, strategy, OKRs. Hire, train and retain the right talent needed to make progress on the team goal.
Build robust and scalable data pipelines, integrated datasets, and insightful visualizations. Own, drive and deliver multiple infrastructure work-streams on an ongoing basis.
Work with Engineering and Business Intelligence partners to help shape and drive the development of Google’s data analytics infrastructure, including data integration, reporting, Machine Learning and analytics platforms.
Work closely with multiple business partners and project stakeholders to shape and achieve project goals.
Contribute to the development of the team’s tools, skills, culture and impact for GCS and Google. Coach members and share knowledge with the broader team.
