Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business CO-OP Student, to join our Canadian Federal Program team. Reporting to the Contracts Specialist, this role will be primarily focused on building the Canada Federal Contract Catalogue.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop the contract directory for future contract management and business development use.
Manage the principal contract list and associated documentation.
Monitor the Canada Federal Contract correspondence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Exposure to contracts, policy and finances.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, monitor and conduct activities requiring independent decisions and sound judgment.
Detail oriented, innovative problem-solving and decision-making.
Effective time and priority management in a fast-paced and environment.
Effective interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to working in a team environment.
Ability to be persistent when needed.
Able to identify needed and missing information, reference information sources to get needed information independently; and ask for help or confirmation of conclusions from colleagues and / or senior leaders.
Education and Experience
Enrolled in a diploma of business administration or relevant degree with one year remaining.
Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience with Microsoft SharePoint or an equivalent web-based collaborative platform (managing and utilizing a site).
Experience with Microsoft Project is considered an asset or the desire to learn.
