Position Overview:
The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Technologist is responsible for the coordination of all Business Continuity related activities. This includes network design including new BCP warehouse implementation and BCP inventory management. The objective of this position is to ensure that all required BCP activity are well managed to meet the continuous BB supply target for the company.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Definition and coordination of all Business Continuity related activities to back up required CPS plants.Develop, maintain & prepare reports on the status of the plants Business Continuity Program.Technical expert for all BCP activities ensuring the proper processes, policies and procedures are in place to maintain compliance to requirements. Collaboration with Primary Supply Locations and other stakeholders e.g. QSE, SM, CRM and SRA.BCP warehouse implementation according to business requirementBCP inventory management and network designClose communicate with Global BCP team for BCP plan implementation, BCPDevelop and execute Unique Ingredient Sourcing Strategies (UISS) for contingency plantProduction capacity and capability planning
Education Requirements:
Above 5 years' experience in a high-volume production facility with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in master planner, inventory controller, Master Data Management. or Warehouse management.Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering or Supply Chian Management

Functional Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, with the ability for detailed assessment of data.Good Communication, stakeholder management and influencing skill.High level of PC literacy and exposure to major computer systems. Experience with SAP, Batching Systems and Processing Equipment an advantage.Experience in Technical Master Data Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or Management of Confidential Information is desirable.Project management skill and third-party service vendor managementGood English skill is preferred.
