Capgemini is seeking for a skilled and meticulous Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in understanding business needs translating them into actionable requirements and facilitating successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills with effective communication and the ability to bridge the gap between the business partners and technical teams Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Requirements Elicitation to Collaborate with business partners to capture and document business requirements objectives and needs.Requirement Analysis to identify gaps inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement to ensure requirements are clear complete and feasible.Requirement Documentation to create detailed requirement documents user stories use cases and process flows that optimally communicate business needs to development teams. Facilitate effective communication between business partners and technical teams ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expectations.Work closely with the customers to identify and define business problems propose solutions and assist in decision making processes. Change Management Assist in handling changes to the requirements ensuring proper documentation impact analysis and communication of changes to relevant parties. User Acceptance Testing UAT Collaborate with QA teams and business partners to define UAT scenarios and test cases Assist in UAT execution and defect tracking.Identify the opportunities for the process improvement and efficiency gains within the business operations. Deliver training and support to end users on the new systems processes or tools.Maintain accurate and up to date documentation including requirements user guides and process documentation Qualifications.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration computer science or related field Master's is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a technology focused environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews workshops and surveys.Familiarity with requirement management tools and methodologies e.g. Jira, Confluence and Agile. Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies.Detail oriented approach with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive requirement documentation.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and multi-functionally.Prior experience in process mapping and modeling tools is an added advantage.
