  Summary:

  We currently have an opening for a Business Analyst II or Senior level within our Information Technology division. This position is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering, and documenting requirements, analyzing current and future state processes, solution selection, and implementation activities.

  Total Rewards:

  A typical starting range for this position is $89,000 - $129,000 annually. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the value of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.   Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, and are not limited to

  Partners with business areas to facilitate meetings with groups of stakeholders and business experts to elicit, capture, and validate requirements to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.

  Analyzes requirements and translates requirements into specifications and participates in solution assessment, selection, and implementation to ensure effective solutions.

  Implements business process changes and assists in process transformation to ensure effective adoption and utilization.

  Elicits, analyzes and documents existing and emerging business information needs to ensure that the right information is available for making business decisions.

  Establishes and maintains business analysis processes and best practices to improve solution effectiveness for the business.

  Qualifications:

  The level II position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field and 3+ years of experience in business and enterprise analysis, requirements elicitation, management and analysis, and solution assessment and validation OR 2+ years post high school education in a business or technology related field and 5+ years of experience in business and enterprise analysis, requirements elicitation, management and analysis, and solution assessment.

  The senior level position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field and 7+ years of experience in business and enterprise analysis, requirements elicitation, management and analysis, and solution assessment and validation OR 2+ years post high school education in a business or technology related field and 9+ years of experience in business and enterprise analysis, requirements elicitation, management and analysis, and solution assessment.

  Skills in utilizing tools and methodologies for requirements definition, process and data flows/modeling, and solution assessment/evaluation.

  Advanced analytical, facilitation, innovative, collaborative, problem-solving and verbal & written communication skills.

  Ability to be flexible, work as a team player and work independently as a Business Analyst.
