Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Ecommerce/Digital experience who is passionate about improving website usability for a multi-channel retailer.
This position is the key liaison between the Information Technology Team and the Business digital team. We are seeking an experienced professional who has background in ecommerce, can advise on solution development, project coordination, documentation, and quality assurance.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of analysis, design, development, installation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews related to customer systems retail, digital and omni
• Communicates and coordinates project activities with business, technical and IT service organizations (e.g., project schedules / status)
• Experience gathering and documenting BRDs or creating user stories. Understands business requests and able to break down
• Assesses projects and identifies essential tasks; reprioritizes tasks dynamically during the project; performs risk assessments; identifies and evaluates alternatives
• You are an effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
• Coordinates across IT teams and prioritize sprints. Leads agile meetings (refinements, standup, capacity planning)
Education, Experience & Skills:
Minimum education required/preferred, area of study:
• Bachelor’s degree in Comp Science or Business Management
Minimum years of relevant experience required:
• 2+ years of experience in IT and/or business analyst, project management, scrummaster role
• 1+ years in Ecommerce
Additional skills/knowledge required include:
• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required if Ecommerce experience is high
• Experience with agile development methodologies, using Agile Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA is preferred
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and handle multiple competing demands
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Exceptional team player
• Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
