　　About the Role

　　This position supports Single Copy Sales distribution in overall delivery and billing of WSJ and Barron's products to Wholesale, Retail, and Amenity customers. It is based in Chicopee, Massachusetts reporting to the Distribution/Delivery Manager.

　　You Will:

　　Work within our internal systems to create and manage customer accounts for multiple print facilities Manage account supply and returns entry for Wall Street Journal, Barron's and New York Post publications Have Inbound and Outbound customer interactions via email and telephone regarding supply, returns, and research related to billing inquiries Work with multiple internal groups regarding departmental transitions and responsibilities including NYP staff, Finance, Circulation Operations, Production, External vendors and Sales Oversee all invoice process types. Audit documentation and verify w/w or m/m data Prepare, maintain and audit training materials related to invoicing Develop a working understanding of the MATRIX Single Copy System as well as other circulation and business systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP and JIRA

　　You Have:

　　3+ years of relevant experience Overall understanding of all invoice processes Have strong written and verbal communication skills along with attention to detail Prior customer service experience (preferred) MS Word, MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Google Doc, and Google Sheets experience is essential Multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating daily work load Willingness to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, but may require a level of flexibility to assure coverage
