　　Experience :- Minimum experience as IT BA should be 3+ years

　　Minimum 3+ years of experience as IT BA cum DA in Banking, Risk and Regulatory Reporting, Finance & Accounting projects

　　Good in MS Excel, Jira, Confluence and SQL. Advance MS Excel skill is preferred. Hands on with MS Excel functions and formulas including Macros

　　Good hands on experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects as IT BA, knows well on BRD, FSD, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, RTM, Data model, functional design, architecture and workflow diagram

　　Support End-to-End Data Mapping, Data Model, Data Type, Normalizing working file/excel, Design template, Validating and Comparing the Product attributes and so on

　　Good domain knowledge in Risk, Finance & Accounting areas, understands well on Ledger, Sub-Ledger, Chart of Account, Balance Sheet, Income statement, Capital Planning, Ratio analysis, Trend analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Cash flow, Reconciliation, RWA and so on

　　Good with Functional Testing, SIT, UAT and Prod-parallel support

　　Any prior experience in low code platform is an added advantage

　　Good in Communication, Time management and Task management skills

　　Preferred: MBA in Finance/IT

　　Preferred: Anyone good with Spanish or willing to learn it
