CACI is seeking a Business Analyst – 508 Compliance as part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) multi-Agency program focusing on efforts to make systems, data, and information accessible to individuals with disabilities and to ensure compliance with federal regulations (Section 508 Program) and to monitor and advocate for assistive information technology systems for that community.

You work closely with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed cross functional resources to perform analysis, solution cost estimation, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing, and validation.
More About the Role:
Perform as a junior Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials functional analyst assisting with the testing of assistive technologies to make DAI’s IT systems, data, and information accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations (Section 508 Program) and to monitor and advocate for assistive information technology systems for that community.
Responsible for the testing of new enhancements/developments and deployments initiatives with regards to 508 Compliance
Participate in “on the job” training to advance both functional and technical skills
Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies, which are 508 Compliant.
Support functional and testing teams to ensure any issues are properly tracked and ultimately addressed
Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Will consider experience in lieu of education)
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend resolutions to user issues.
Knowledge of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Ability to multitask among changing priorities
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in authoring and presenting test scripts and related testing deliverables/artifacts.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Assistive Technologies such as JAWS, Nuance Dragon Screen reader, ZoomText, or similar applications.
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
Team player with the ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency.
Knowledge of SQL, Java, and other coding languages
