The Radioligand therapy department is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and innovative Brand Engagement Manager (BEM) who is interested in making an impact on patients live is this new exiting nuclear field.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market & brand strategy and partner effectively within a squad team.
• Developing innovative campaigns, product material, omnichannel strategies and coordinating implementation with specialists from various departments.
• Partner with Key stakeholders within nuclear medicine space to seek joint opportunities to support shaping and growth of RLT platform.
• Setting up/analyzing/implementing business / market data and reporting
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of marketing strategy based on insights about customers, consumers, competitors, etc.

Role Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
• Fluent Dutch and English: written, read, spoken.
• Relevant professional experience (≥ 3 years) in commercial marketing within a pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in driving high performing brands; recent launch experience / specialty treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong business collaborative relationships with various collaborators and work effectively in a squad team.
• Ability to quickly master complex situations and dealing with politically sensitive environment.
• Integrated Channel Management skills, proven success in leading cross-functional teams in a complex business environment.
• Pro-active, structured, flexible and systematic way of working with high independence, pioneering spirit, self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Strategic, analytical and creative thinking.
Desirable Requirements:
• Experience in Marketing or Product Management
• Cross Cultural Experience
• Operations Management and Execution
• Project Management skills
• Experience or affinity in Pharma, Medical Devices and/or Life Sciences
• Hands-on and winning mentality
