DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
To validate and understand the requests received from regional CMTsTo ensure rates are filed in the internal rating tool as per the request and terms specifiedManage execution of assigned CMT team activities, including filing, documentation, creation of SOPs, Internal Process Tracker updates and quality assuranceFile documents in digital records and ensure appropriate storageReview and maintain the accuracy of the records in the documents like SOP, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to dateMaintain confidentiality around sensitive documentationSupport in preparing process related reports as and when requiredManage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with the SOP & TATProvide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externallyCoordinate with the CHR IT for any system related issuesCoordinate with the CHR Contract Management Team and communicate contract-related information to all stakeholdersDocumentation of SOPs carrier wise and region wiseEnsure that contracts are properly updated in our internal systemIdentify opportunities to enhance the current process
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
2+ years in Ocean contract pricing / working with Ocean rate tool.Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.Knowledge in Ocean contracts / Trade lanes / Freight Costs / SurchargesGood in English communication skillsGood knowledge in MS Office (Especially in MS Excel)
