Job Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We offer an extensive paid training program, good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals.
Job Requirements
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to what clients are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Ability to multitask
Good computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Outgoing and energetic attitude
Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
Pleasant phone voice
