What You Will Do
As a Benefits Specialist in the Total Rewards (TR) Center of Expertise(COE), contribute to the development, communication, and administrationof robust benefits plans for assigned locations. Provide efficientsupport for health & welfare, retirement plans, and leave-of-absenceprograms. Manage administrative tasks, conduct audits, process invoices,and collaborate on global benefits initiatives. Ensure effectivecommunication and coordination with various stakeholders, fostering aseamless benefits experience.
Support the delivery of compliant health & retirement programs forassigned locations.Coordinate processes with TR team and insurers, including leaveadministration, reporting, and communication.Collaborate with TR team to address benefits-related HR ServiceCenter cases.Assist in new hire and annual enrollment processes, vendorinterface, and communication development.Contribute to annual open enrollment initiatives and organizebenefits fairs.Gather data for benefit plan audits and ensure enrollment dataintegrity.Prepare reports, cost analyses, and reconcile monthly benefitsbillings.Organize and maintain TR COE documents database.Edit or write articles, maintain renewal and communicationscalendars.Interface with vendors and brokers for database content accuracy.Provide admin support for global benefits initiatives and handlespecial projects.Stay informed on benefit laws and compensation requirements (FLSA,ACA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA).What You Will Bring
Required Degree: Associate\'s degree from an accredited college oruniversity strongly preferred2 or more years of HR or benefits experience, ideally inmanufacturingExperience with HRIS (Workday a plus)Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, OneNote, Outlook,and PowerPointPreferred: PHR or HRCPWhat We Can Offer You
