Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This position is in charge of providing support and supervise the reconciliation and guarantee the GLMC Certification, roll forward prior periods bank reconciliation, receiving and saving the data in the respective folder, running the robot and the matching tool , classifying variances, GLI feed variances, written and oral communication, Key SOX control for variances up to $5M, upload journal entries and Bank Rec. Supervise the customer service, participate in processes for improvement. Guarantee the correct reconciliation in time and form according to the SLA of the area.
Your Impact
As an Bank Management Analyst your functions would consist of:
Perform the bank reconciliation in the current period. Ownership of all Disbursement Accounts (recs, quantum, clearing) Automation & Standardization of processes within Bank Management Make adjustments and analysis of variances. Identify and label variances. Upload jounal entries. Post information in GLCM Certification.
