The Audience Specialist is an integral part of Capital Group's Target Date Marketing team, helping establish priorities, successfully execute projects, communicate with stakeholders and collaborators and track and measure outcomes.
This role helps define the marketing strategy for their area of responsibility with marketing leadership, ensures results are aligned to business objectives, and builds a broad and deep understanding of the business landscape, the audience(s) and client(s) served, the competitive environment, and marketing best practices.
This role frequently collaborates with Content Managers, Journey Managers, and Operations partners, while occasionally interfacing with Business and Sales leads. The Audience Specialist operates with a high degree of autonomy and seeks guidance only when necessary.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $84,021-$134,434
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
