Job Description
CCG Legal is looking for an exceptional lawyer to join our team to support multiple business teams across Intel's Client Computing Group (CCG). CCG is Intel's largest business unit, responsible for the CPUs and GPUs sold in hundreds of millions computers each year.
Intel’s Legal, Trade, and Government Affairs (LTG) group offers unique opportunities to work in a variety of areas, including counsel to Intel businesses; technology and intellectual property licensing; patent prosecution; trademarks and brands; litigation, mergers, acquisitions and investing; public policy, legislative and regulatory lobbying; global trade, export, import, and customs; and corporate compliance.
In this role, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Working with peer CCG Legal team members to advise on technology transactions, IP collaborations, product launches and marketing, legal risks, partnerships with OEMs and software vendors, and more.
Supporting the business teams responsible for Intel's graphics engineering, design, and architecture, as well as CCG's commercial segments and ecosystem partnerships.
Drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on a wide array of legal matters across CCG's business, including technology transactions, IP, antitrust, security, privacy, marketing, software licensing, collaborations, export, pre-litigation, and more.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
A JD degree, current state bar membership, and minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience for the rolePreferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
Excellent legal and business judgment
Ability to deliver clear, concise, and practical legal advice, and to advise and influence Intel executives
Significant expertise in one or more of the substantive legal areas listed above, as well as strong organizational and strategic acumen
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding legal advice and drive forward projects that require strategic thinking combined with mastery of complex legal and technical principles
Team player with a positive attitude

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,228.00-$243,284.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
