Job Description - Quality Review Associate
Position Overview:
GLG is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Quality Review Team (Surveys) in Gurugram, India. The Associate will partner with our global onshore teams and required to work in local day/evening hours and provide weekend/holidays support wherever necessary. The Associate will perform Open-End coding basis of large number of responses, quality checks on survey data and providing regular updates to project teams. The Associate will also be responsible for reviewing GLG Network member profiles to ensure accurate respondents are captured in the survey.
The Surveys Team is responsible for survey writing, programming, editing, fielding, and data compilation across various industry verticals, population geographies, and client types. The Quality Review Team supports the execution of hundreds of surveys per month from a Respondent Validation perspective, and requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen analytic outlook.
This role is for day/night shift India Standard Time
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Acknowledging the project, discussing all requirements with project team, and providing ETA/effort to Project team.Preparing Code frame (manual) as per the question/response.Conducting verbatim Coding (Open End Coding & Brand Coding).Timely coding from interim data till survey closure and keep coding up to date.Maintain the consistency of coding in wave project using previous waves code frame.Necessary due diligence on survey respondent profiles vs project scope, analysing and escalating inconsistencies and timely risk mitigation to ensure they meet GLG's bar for both quality and compliance.Performing survey data quality review based on research objectives, best practice, and compliance requirements.Building reports of accepted and rejected respondents based on profile and validation checks and deliver findings to Project Manager colleagues within project timeline parameters.Establishing strong working relationships with colleagues within the Global Survey team and the broader GLG teams.Liaising with internal stakeholders, analysing results and/or communicating survey findings and identifying opportunities for maintaining higher quality and efficiency levels to Senior Management, which can lead to career and responsibility growth.

Graduate/Post-Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience with online survey industryStrong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.Proficiency in MS Excel.Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility.Candidates with Data Quality checks or Compliance background is a benefit.Ability to read large number of records, multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of online surveys, data interpretation, sampling will be added advantage.Should be willing to work in day or night shifts (US Hours) and over the weekendPrior experience working with fast paced environment.Knowledge of any Open-end coding tool
