ClearHealth seeks an experienced C# / SQL Server EDI Developer to join our growing team. Duties will include working on a variety of client implementations and developing C# and SQL code for healthcare EDI processes. This will involve both maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and design and development of new solutions.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintenance and enhancement of existing EDI solution built on EDI Fabric in C#

Troubleshoot and resolve EDI technical issues, including diagnosis and root cause analysis

Troubleshoot claim workflow issues from EDI intake through EDI export

Develop and maintain monitoring tools to ensure EDI connectivity meets service level agreements

Analysis and design of systems and configurations to meet business requirements

Gather user feedback regarding the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of current system offerings

Adjust and customize system based upon user feedback

Deploy completed system code and provide maintenance support

Assist fellow team members on technical issues and best practices

Support continuous improvements to existing EDI operations and day-to-day work activities

Manage status reporting and issue resolution, including escalation where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

3+ years experience writing SQL, ad-hoc and stored procedures

2+ years experience using C# and .Net platform

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with EDI X12 formats (837/999/etc.)

SQL Server query tuning/optimization experience

US Healthcare billing background

Understanding of EDI and API implementations

Understanding of SDLC

Solid problem solving and analytical skills

Solid written, verbal and visual communication skills

Solid independent work ethic

Flexible, adaptable to changes in priorities

Ability to manage work on multiple projects simultaneously

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
