Broadridge is hiring! We currently have an opening for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to join an excellent team and have a meaningful impact on the Quality Engineering and automation process and culture.
This is as an SDET testing role focused on building out test automation and processes to ensure the quality of Broadridge internally written applications. The ideal candidate will aid with the current transition off manual testing and over to automated testing. As an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer on the ICS QE team, you are expected to have industry-leading technical abilities that enable you to significantly improve product quality. You'll be writing code that automatically verifies and quantifies the quality of our applications. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to our Edgewood, NY officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated)Generate test execution reports to management and the product team.Provide estimate for testing efforts in agile environment as part of highly dynamic teamContribute to release and sprint planning activitiesWork with dev engineers and automation lead to develop, execute and maintain test plans and test cases Review test plans with product owner and software engineering teamAnalyze and communicate test results to product owner and dev teamMaintain and distribute defect reportsQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience0-3 years of experienceQA experience in agile environments preferredProficiency in UI automation (Serenity/Selenium, Robot, Watir)Experience setting up automation frameworks;Knowledge of VBScript, C#, Java, HTML, and SQL.Experience with Maven, Jenkins;Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approach and Serenity framework is a big plus;Experience using GIT or other Version Control Systems.Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $70,000- $75,000.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
