　　Zynx Health is seeking an Associate Product Manager in its Product Development Department and will report directly to the VP of Product.

　　The candidate's primary responsibility will be to own and manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Working with the VP of Product, you will gather voice of customer feedback to inform new business cases and drive the product roadmaps. The role demands a strong mix of business know-how, leadership, and technical understanding. This will enable you to drive strategic product initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment.

　　This position will be 100% remote.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Lead the development of business cases by conducting comprehensive market and customer research to discover unmet needs, translating them into new business opportunities Clearly define requirements, user, and buyer personas and create engaging user stories Monitor product performance, closely tracking and prioritizing defects and potential improvements Direct and manage the roadmaps of assigned products Collaborate within a cross-functional team, which includes sales, developers, clinicians, and client services teams, fostering alignment throughout the organization Ensure all activities align with the company's goals and bolster the company's missionREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

　　Bachelor's degree Advanced clinical degrees (MD, RN, NP, PA) and/or MBA are desirable.REQUIRED SKILLS

　　At least 4+ years of related product management experience Proven ability to identify key customer needs and create efficient business strategies Exceptional listening skills and ability to empathize with both internal and external customers Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Strong decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize among competing opportunities Familiarity or experience with Agile Principles and Scrum Experience in B2B and healthcare sectors is highly desirable______________

The reasonable estimate, if hired in San Francisco, is $120,000-$155,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in location. If this role is open to candidates outside of location, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
