Job Summary:
As an Associate Product Manager at IIN you will play a critical role in the execution of product priorities that support the roadmap and company’s strategic business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Agile methodologies and with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, and Engineering. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with using data to inform product decision-making, a “voice of user” approach and be comfortable working with KPI metrics and user research.
Duties/Responsibilities:Support efforts to gather user feedback, analyze data and other objective metrics to inform product backlog, features and prioritiesGather business requirements from stakeholders and translate into draft epics and stories for review and approvalManage backlog prioritization alongside technology, product and marketing teamsFunction as scrum master, as neededPartner with cross-functional teams to support capacity and release planningInform development activities through the management, maintenance and clarification of business requirements, and support development efforts through participation of user acceptance testingWork with Engineering, QA, Design, other internal teams and sometimes end-users to ensure proposed solution(s) function as expected and meet identified need(s)Report on project status to cross-functional team members, as neededSupervisory Responsibilities: None

Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
