  The Team

  This newly created role will report into our People Services Manager, and sit within our People Operations & Experience Team. This team underpins all work across the People function and is our engine room - from data and insights to technology, operations and services (and the change involved in bringing us from one to the other) this team sits at the heart of our largest, big rock initiatives within the department (e.g. employee experience, HR Systems and HR transformation). 

  This growing team is made up of project and transformation managers, people services and process experts, data and analytics and workplace experience specialists, and we are on an exciting journey as we help establish future-proof structures that enable our People team to support the business. 

  Within this role, you will have the ability to play a key role in the ongoing design and delivery of this function. You will be at the forefront of interactions with the business, and have the opportunity to identify improvements and efficiency drivers across processes. Acting as first responder across the full remit of People activities, this role will have great exposure to all aspects of HR and the opportunity to build-up a broad skill set. 

  Job Description Role Overview

  Act as the face of the People team as first responder to the business on all People related queries and requests for the APAC region.Responsible for the management of the ‘People Service Desk’, including triaging tickets in Freshservice (our People ticketing system), and looking at ways we can improve our employee experience across the platform.Answer tier 1 People queries from employees, providing high quality advice and guidance across the full remit of HR, escalating queries when needed to the correct people pillar SME and recording the response to inform future responses. Supporting with the onboarding process for all new joiners across the APAC region, as well as researching visa requirements and responding to visa related queries from new and existing employees. Work closely with the People Technology team and broader People pillars to ensure ongoing innovation of our core people processes, adopting a tech-first approach. Acting as the SME for the customer experience and People Services Operations team ensuring bugs, defects and issues are raised and solutions identified. Process owners for HR administration activities for the APAC region, responsible for maintaining SOPS (standard operating procedures) and identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness. Supporting with ad-hoc people related tasks including updating policies and existing people related content, letters and certificates and absence management.  Qualifications About You

  Experience working within an HR, recruiting or other corporate function Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills Customer-centric and focused on employee experience Knowledge of HR policies and processes, or an interest in learning more! Technology savvy and innovative True generalist with ability to flex across a varied remit and strong operator Strong attention to detail and highly organizedEnjoys problem solving and identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient  Additional Information Apply without meeting all requirements statement
