　　Job Title: Associate Manager, HRSS ( German Language Proficiency B2 and C1 - intermediate level & Advanced)

　　Perform day to day HR Operational activities from hire to retireOnboarding, employee file management, HCM updates, leave processing,Salary updates, benefits administration, exit managementHandle HR related queries & administrative taskInteract with HRBP's on daily basis to carry out daily taskSupport Probation, vacation and support all letters for life cycle changes.Experience in understanding local compliance & Work council will be good to haveShould be ready to manage other HRSS process in Europe ( which does not require German language )

　　Any bachelor's degree 5-7 years' experience in HR Shared ServiceExceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindsetAdapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
