Job Description
Overview:
Spark Foundry is looking for an Associate Director to join our Performance Media team. The Associate Director position requires the ability to apply Search & Social knowledge and expertise to actionable insights and recommendations. The Associate Director will partner with the Search & Social Managers in driving strategic Search & Social expertise within the team, help to develop innovative Search & Social strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives, and lead tactical execution and optimization of Search & Social programs.
Our award-winning paid search and social teams work across a diverse range of sectors on some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader and paid search and social media expert who is keen to submerge themselves into a number of projects.
Role Objectives:
Lead the development and implementation of paid search and social campaigns (including budget management) for assigned clients, including branded and direct response campaigns
Leverage search and social best-practices across all campaigns
Ensure all paid search and social campaign billings are up to date and all finance queries are followed up in a timely manner
Analyze paid search and social campaign performance against client KPI's and report on trends and insights to key stakeholders
Develop skills by participating in ongoing training, workshops, etc.
Support in new business pitches and related work as necessary
Qualifications
5+ years of Paid Search & Social campaign management experience
Experience in applying search and social marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives
Strong command of search and social platform research and reporting resources
Knowledge of syndicated research tools
Familiarity with third-party ad serving technologies
Technically strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Polished presentations skills are a must
Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Desire to work in an industry which is constantly evolving and presenting new and unique challenges
Ability to sell ideas clearly and deliver value
Self-driven to meet and exceed revenue and goals for our clients

Compensation Range: $91,000-$144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
