We are seeking an Associate Director BioA Scientific Engagement to be responsible for developing relationships with clients and broader large molecule drug development community to engage early and understand their portfolio needs and evolving expectations. This position will be based in the EU / UK although it is a global role and will research global market intelligence to help the team with advice on scientific strategy, equipment and regulatory areas. Partner with business development, marketing, and client-facing staff to position Labcorp Drug Development as recognized scientific leader. Drive external presence through facilitating conference attendance, including podium and poster presentations, and client interactions, Partners with marketing to define marketing plan for BioA and works with scientists and clients to further scientific expertise / research / scientific publications. Collaboration and leadership in working with the team to support CTTS in all the above interactions.

　　Experience Required:

　　PhD in scientific field plus 7 years of industry experience with large molecules.MS degree in scientific field and 9 + years of industry experience with large molecules.
