  Key Responsibilities:

  Support HR Country Care Operations in various activities, including Onboarding, Offboarding, and managing the Employee Life Cycle.

  Act as the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for benefits administration processes.

  Ensure timely completion of employee compliances.

  Manage the local Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration.

  Efficiently handle HR service requests.

  Provide support during HR audits by supplying relevant documents.

  About You:

  A graduate or postgraduate with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  Proficient in basic Excel skills.

  Candidates with exposure to HR systems are preferred.
