About the Role

　　Assoc. Director- Digital Workplace Ops Excellence, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

　　This role is instrumental in optimizing the digital workplace to enable Novartis associates to work efficiently and effectively in discovering and delivering breakthrough treatments.

　　Your key responsibilities:

　　Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　• Lead and drive a systematic and strategic approach to continuously improve the performance of DWO (Digitial Workplace Operations) by optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, reducing costs, minimizing errors and risks, and maximizing efficiency throughout all areas of our operations

　　• Foster a customer focus, collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture to deliver exceptional value to our customers

　　• Own solution development in the respective area, through operational steady state managing the operations/delivery/design and engineering of all service and systems in scope, ensuring stability and integrity, and meeting customer service levels

　　• Act as primary point of accountability for respective service matters for designated business or IT customers usually across locations, business domains, and/or geographical boundaries

　　• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services

　　Role Requirements

　　What you'll bring to the role:

　　• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience from the IT environment or must have the knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems

　　• 4+ years of experience in leading the team; strong negotiation and analytical skills

　　• Proven experience to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders

　　• Experience with risk management, status reporting

　　• Proficient level of English

　　You'll receive:
