About the Role

　　Location: Czech Republic or Mexico (Hybrid model in each country)

　　The job purpose is to support Engineering projects & activities in Unified Endpoint Management. You will also provide technical contribution for Digital Workplace Services in the areas of M365, Azure (Including Active Directory/Identity), Intune, Tachyon etc. And you will share your technical expertise for critical incidents/operational issues in BAU support.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　• Responsible for robust UEM environment, including Azure AD, Intune, MDT, Tachyon, Group policies, Azure Conditional access policies & scripting.

　　• Working knowledge on Microsoft & Citrix Unified Endpoint management platforms like Intune, SCCM, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, Azure AD, Citrix FAS etc.,

　　• Working knowledge on Azure Cloud services including ability to integrate and build solutions with coordination in matrix organization.

　　• Ability to build services from pre-qualified to qualified environment.

　　• Collaborate with security architecture and present the solutions and ensure solutions pass through Penetration testing etc.

　　• Ability to adopt DevOps & SRE methodologies, build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and manage windows desktop Image Engineering, deployment and releases to production

　　• Support the delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoC's) and Proof of Value (PoV)

　　• Understand all aspects of the configuration and technical / functional capabilities.

　　Role Requirements

　　What you'll bring to the role:

　　• Strong experience in Infrastructure engineering related to Unified Endpoint Management.

　　• Understanding of IT Network for an end to end workflow of UEM systems

　　• Deep understanding of public and hybrid cloud architecture. Ability to communicate effectively and motivate team, including third party partner associates

　　• Demonstrated ability to lead change, take calculated risks, and seek continuous improvement. Proven track record working with multinational teams

　　• Excellent PowerShell/scripting scripts is preferred. Proven capability to work in an organization with direct and indirect reporting lines (matrix set-up).
