Job Description
We're looking for a talented Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team supporting the Oriana House correctional facilities in Akron, Cleveland, and Northcentral, Ohio. The position will work in Akron 75% of the time and support the Cleveland and Northcentral locations approximately 25% of the time. This position will have use of a company vehicle for travel.
The Assistant Facilities Manager manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to maintenance management.

Qualifications
Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance managementRequires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing hourly associatesRequires working knowledge of facility related equipment such as boilers, chillers, generators and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC/R) systemsAbility to demonstrate visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined executionProficient in the use and functionality of CMMS or maintenance work order system.High degree of integrity and business maturityDemonstrated time management skills resulting in prioritizing time and resources accordinglyAbility to communicate effectively as the leader of a teamAbility to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer servicesAbility to drive a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organizationRequires strong interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skillsDemonstrated attention to detail
