Background And Purpose Of The Job
As a Execution Planner, you will be responsible for the execution of production planning within the assigned categories, balancing supply and demand by Region. Your objective is to manage the conversion of the demand planning signal into the production plan while balancing inventory levels, filling and packing capacity, and customer service.
You are the lead connection point between our factories and the business. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization in the supply chain. Also, this role spearheads the future readiness of our supply network including resilience plan to ensure supply sustainability (factories and suppliers).

What Will You Do Collaborate/align with factories (calendar and labour), MRP and MPS for line schedulingCreate (as per MPS), align (with factory and supply planner), publish and adjust line scheduleIncorporate adjustments through collaborations - Innovations, Breakdowns, Unplanned MaintenanceManage plant stocks to ensure conformance to line schedule plan and manage volume of product left from change overs, reworksPlan the delivery of materials, monitor delivery logistics+space and lead mitigation actions (Call off)Lead collaborative agenda with the suppliers for service level monitoring and drawing up action plans for continuous improvementLead short term crisis management with factory, suppliers, 3PLCollaborate with L2 organizations to ensure conformance to line schedule plan, materials availability and run strategyMonitor capacity both at factory and supplier, and raise if there is tight capacity concern or investment neededUpdate production volume to SCF monthly, as part of financial forecasting at FactoryWhat You'll Need to SuccessBachelor's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent experienceRelevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing or similar field will be a plusOwnership, Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration a mustStrong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externallyHolding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing Supply Chain integrated performance, strategic vision and influencingWhy Unilever?
