  Team/Department Description :

  Moody's Analytics products used by financial institutions globally. In this role you will be a member of the Structured Finance group managing and supporting some of the industry's leading structured solutions for the structured finance industry.

  We are seeking a Product/Program Manager to support our Structured Finance team with product development of Data Services products and supporting infrastructure. This is a technical and customer facing role.

  Role/Responsibilities :

  You will be involved in all aspects of SDLC, working directly with key business stakeholders, software development and DevOps teams to manage, execute on business requirements, and support key client facing and internal data service initiatives.:

  - Take ownership of identifying business needs through market and customer workflow research and internal requirements gathering.

  - Define standards to support the needs of the suite of data products available via different platforms (Web, API, Data, Cloud).

  - Work closely with business stakeholders and plan user requirements for an agile development process.

  - Work closely with engineers to execute on business requirements and provide a technical design perspective.

  - Participate in product strategic discussions and help stakeholders with the product Go-to-Market plan, training, and other technical documentation.

  - Liaise and work with internal partners to promote products and, if required, be able to demonstrate the product and solution.

  - Provide in-depth technical support to internal and external customers.

  - Conduct in-depth data analysis and cleaning to ensure data quality.

  - Proactively identify meaningful process and infrastructure improvement opportunities.

  - Assist with customer workflow research to inform new product opportunities and requirements.

  - Assist with researching technology trends in the Financial Services industry.

  Qualifications:

  - BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related technical field.

  - 3-5 years of experience, preferably at a financial institution or technology setting.

  - 2-3 years of experience in product and project management with an agile background.

  - Strong in Microsoft Office Suite.

  - Strong knowledge of databases and experience with SQL, Microservices/Service-Oriented Architecture.

  - Experience with Agile development processes is a must.

  - Experience with product packaging at large financial institutions preferred.

  - Experience with developing or supporting software products.

  - Experience with AWS Cloud high level like Lambda and S3/REST API incl. testing with Postman/SQL/Excel/VBA

  - Experience with SDKs and API Toolkits is a plus.

  - Financial knowledge: understanding structured finance deals like CDO, ABS. Concepts of Bond pricing (cashflow discounting, yield calculation, interest curves rates )
