Purpose: Be responsible to ensure high service level delivery - forecast accuracy, drive demand planning process and handle E2E supply planning process of Home & Hygiene category including innovation/re-launch projects
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Lead and coordinate the demand planning process & E2E Supply planning for Home & HygieneBeing the facilitator of the monthly demand planning meeting with customer strategy & planningCSP) & marketing.Being the overall owner for sales forecast accuracy - providing consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy.Working collaboratively with the CSP and marketing to understand and deliver the brand/ customer requirements and to improve and deliver accurate- robust- and timely forecasts.Ensure the consistency and the consensus on forecast in volume versus the secondary sales forecast - the controlling trend with historical sales and activity calendar.Ensure the risks ,opportunities and to highlight the risk level would be addressed properly for further decision making and pro-actively cooperate with cross function stakeholder to minimize any risk inboth supply & demandUploading demand volume in Kinaxis system - splitting monthly demand to weekly demand based on weekly phasing % provided by CD team.Communicating with SU export team on the supply consistency based on requirement in KinaxisSupporting innovation projects - new product development (NPD) and transition projects OTIF &correctly reflected in the DP2) Co-responding in Inventory ManagementBeing the co-responsible for inventory management with Supply Planner and CSP.Reporting on and managing the inventory levels - highlight risks and actionsManaging all activities necessary to develop requirements for the business that will drive.and sustain required customer service levels.Proactively raise or alert commercial for the SLOB - potential SLOB and driving commercialon SLOB clearance.Playing as the role player in Inventory management based on the glidepath.3) OthersIdentifying new ideas to improve demand, supply, and inventory.Supporting improvement projects.Other projects assigned by line managers.4) ReportingWeekly actual sales and demand reports.Actualized Demand Workbook.Monthly FAFB Report.Demand Workbook Sign Off.Weekly Achievement TrackingDay On Hand (DOH) and others report related with Supply PlanningSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Internal Business, Business Administration, Economics & related fieldGood English communication is a must.Good blend practical knowledge inGood communication and business awarenessService-minded with good consumer contact skills, hard-working, self-motivated and working under one team spirit3 years' experience in Supply planning & demand planningKnowledge and experience in computer standard software packages, preferably advance in Kinaxis, excel, power point & Microsoft project.HOW TO APPLY?
