*Pay: *$18.25 - 24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary
Perform finishing, assembly, and testing processes for components, assemblies, and systems that comprise Wagstaff's products.
Requirements:
Experience with hand tools, including but not limited to, drills, grinders and sandersAbility to use, read and interpret a tape measurePreferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing environmentPrimary Job Responsibilities
Finishing, assembling, installation,and testing of components and assemblies of products including but not limited to; mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fluid, and pneumatic equipment applicationsCleaning, sanding, cutting, bending,de-burring, painting, and polishing of productsTesting of components, assemblies,and systems for correct operation and performancePerform fit-up and testing of major components and assemblies according to product specifications and product assembly proceduresMaintain proper and accurate paperwork including completion of inspection documentationFollow documented procedures and apply product and process knowledge to assist in planning sequences of operations when documented procedures do not exist or applyPerform housekeeping, organization, and maintenance of work area and toolsPerform inspection of products using inspection equipment applicable to the taskPerform material processes and procedures, as trained when neededCross-train and mentor co-workersIdentify product / process improvements and participate with co-workers to implement these improvementsIn order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be requiredMaintain a high degree of qualityFunction as a team member and support other teamsAbide by company policiesAssist with customer-required Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)Periodic domestic and international travel required depending upon customer and company business needsPainting and sandblasting of productThreading of conduit and pipeOther duties as assignedWorking Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, machinery and equipment, and vibration. The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. While performing some job duties, there is a risk of electrical shock and other risks associated with a manufacturing environment. Job duties may require work in high, precarious places, work in outside weather conditions, and exposure to extreme temperatures in some cases.
