What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer's dynamic engineering team, you will work to support the Aseptic Process Simulation program. The Aseptic Process Engineer is responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, and completion of key aseptic related projects such including media fill planning and oversight, investigations, smoke studies, aseptic technique evaluation, contamination control, and change management. This candidate must be able to work cross functionally to deliver key milestones for projects.
How You Will Achieve It
Perform necessary assessments of media fill program and update necessary documents.
Able to present media fill, smoke study and environmental control programs to auditors.
Accumulate key metrics for presentation to Management team, including gowning and aseptic technique observation.
Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of cGMPs and emerging regulatory and compliance concerns as related to aseptic manufacturing.
Liaise with manufacturing, maintenance and aseptic trainers to appropriately schedule media fills and other work impacting the manufacturing areas.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience OR anassociatesdegree with 4 years of experience OR abachelorsdegree with 0+ years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions for complex problems through equipment and process understanding
Working knowledge of Food and Drug Administration Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices
Proactive, has experience with high performance teams, strong interpersonal and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Applications skills
Nice-to-Have
Demonstrated experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
Knowledge and experience with Drug Product processing and equipment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to function in stressful situations while being able to remain focused on the necessary requirements. In addition, must be able to appropriately identify and escalate issues on a timely basis.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work on weekends, off shifts, and holidays as business demands.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,600.00 to $107,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
