Job Description
An employer in the insurance industry is looking for an Application Administrator to join the team and sit fully-remote. As an Application Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our group's helpdesk/triage. Your role will involve providing Tier 1 product support for a suite of 15 different applications built on a variety of platforms including Cofax, Cofax RPA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint. On a daily basis, you will monitor the ticket queue, handling approximately 15-20 tickets per day. If a ticket falls outside of your expertise, you will be responsible for finding the right resource to address it. The majority of your time (around 75%) will be dedicated to managing these tickets. In addition to this, you will be responsible for documenting issues and solutions, dedicating approximately 25% of your time to writing knowledge-based articles. You will also provide Tier 1 application support for Salesforce and other third-party apps to manage user requests.
Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of experience as an Application Administrator
Experience managing and responding to tickets using Salesforce
Experience in documenting issues and solutions, and writing knowledge-based articles
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience working in the insurance industry null
