DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape.
As a Developer for the Compliance Data and Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing system integrations, automated reporting, dashboards, and providing analysis to support Team Quest. The individual is expected to improve and/or automate existing processes, create efficiencies, independently lead analyses, develop relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional work with support teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop system integration, descriptive and statistical analysis, and automated processesDevelop data visualization assets and build interactive, useful dashboardsData profiling and exploration to understand key databases and tool APIs, create / maintain data dictionaries and models for mapping and reference of key systemsIdentify root cause of data inconsistencies, even if occurring upstream, and implement collaborative solutions to remediate issuesContinuously learn and grow in development abilities to utilize full tool stackTest / QA peer developmentQualifications:Bachelor's Degree - STEM or Business preferred1+ year experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages1+ year experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence toolsAbility to learn new systems, reporting and ETL tools quicklyAbility to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentWhat We'll Provide
