  Job Summary

  This role is part of the Business Intelligence team supporting GTO (Global Technology Organization) Business Operations and Finance. The BI team is responsible for headcount, financial, vendor, and other expense reporting across all of GTO. The goal of this team is to utilize various data sources, partner with those teams, develop/maintain data, and enhance it to be more informational and actionable. In addition, using critical thinking to evaluate existing reporting and processes for efficiencies, consistencies, and reconciling across all reporting methodologies. Creates and facilitates reporting and analyses to evaluate and drive operational/strategic initiatives and efficiencies. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions. Quantitatively evaluates and recommends action plans, based on all operational reporting and analysis in order to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies.

  Job Description

  This role and team are based in Philadelphia, in-office on a hybrid schedule at our cutting-edge Comcast Technology Center (https://comcastcentercampus.com/) . It is not approved for remote/virtual hiring.Core Responsibilities

  Develop and maintain weekly/daily/monthly reporting; including backend data elements via Smartsheet or other sources.

  Use of critical thinking to evaluate/reconcile all reporting, looking for more efficient reporting, accuracy, and meeting the customer’s needs

  Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-driven strategic decision making.

  Provides analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.

  Ensures accuracy of data across various reporting methodologies and sources. Being able to explain discrepancies and provide solutions or work-arounds.

  Identifies data issues, analyzes available data and information and notifies Business Operations team.

  Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.

  May prepare reports to be used by other departments like finance, HR, TA, and other TPX Business Operations teams

  Education

  Bachelor's Degree

  While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

  Relevant Work Experience

  2-5 Years
