Blink is looking for an Allocation Analyst to help support the buying & planning team. Reporting to the Retail Buying & Planning Manager, this position will provide administrative support as well as assist in driving Blink’s retail sales and profitability by managing inventory flow to all locations, managing purchase orders and tracking invoices. The position will be responsible for analyzing sales trends and financial sales targets to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Responsibilities:
Allocation and Replenishment:
Implement and manage process and systems for allocation and replenishment, within monthly OTB budget
Report and analyze weekly and monthly sales to develop replenishment strategies, maximize sales opportunities, and minimize markdown liability
Monitor performance of each category to ensure inventory levels are appropriate to achieve sales goals
Review and process vendor invoices to be paid
Manage purchase orders
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels in gym as well as in warehouse
Maintain item catalog including but not limited to item creation and price adjustments
Oversee employee uniform inventory and ordering.
Customer service for internal field team:
Track shipments and investigate purchase order discrepancies
Respond to field requests through retail inbox and develop field communications around critical inventory and merchandising functions
Place initial fixture orders for new gyms and manage fixture replacement requests
Assist with other administrative needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
The ability to analyze data, build reports and work with limited systems resources.
1-2 years of experience in a merchandising role and/or an inventory planning or allocation function.
Intermediate experience in Excel, as well as PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of retail math: margin, sell through % and other retail math terms.
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
Must have quick, clear verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay Transparency: $68,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
