Job Summary:
The Admissions Representative (AR) position listens deeply to prospective students’ needs and connects them to the IIN program (or programs) that helps the prospective student meet their needs and desires. The AR also helps deepen prospect interest in the lifetime value that IIN provides.
Duties/Responsibilities:Connect with IIN and Chopra’s prospective student body, engaging to understand interest in our Health Coach Training Program and Chopra Teacher Trainings.Use coaching skills to cultivate relationships with new leads, uncovering needs and provide solution selling to our diverse portfolio of coursesAnswer health and wellness industry and program specific questions as they relate to IIN and Chopra courses. Maintain strong sales tactics utilizing KPI’s, performance metrics and consultative sales strategies to reach sales targets.Work in a team environment with a fun and like-minded group of IIN and Chopra graduates, all passionate about helping others realize their passion for wellness. Compensation:
$105,000-$130,000
This is a non-exempt position with an annualized base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission.
