Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
your main tasks:
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, conference callsTime and travel management (including visa applications, travel related documents, expense report mangement)Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentationCreation of management presentations and statistics for internal and external usageConserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing informationDocument and data managementPreparation and update of management reportingRepresentation of ad hoc support National and international correspondence with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, local and international authoritiesMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information strictly confidentialCreate, maintain, and update various databases and reports and present data for management reporting purposesManaging and organization of (europewide/ global) meetings and events
Your profile:
Certified management/office assistant or Bachelor's degree in business administration/management preferred5+ years in providing administrative support to Senior Leadership TeamExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills requiredHighly organized and detail-orientedHigh level of flexibility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Excellent and advanced knowledge of computer, internet and software applications (MS Office, SAP PR2, Concur)Demonstrated ability to organize and multi-task, includes planning, scheduling and coordinatingAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environmentAbility to effectively develop cohesive relationships with internal and external management, employees, customers, vendors and visitorsFluent language skills in English (written and verbally); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
