Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
Short Description
Realize the administrative follow-up of the files of the staff.
oConceive tools of follow-up of activity of the structure, the dashboards and update them
oProceed to the archiving, to the classification of documents
oPlan and organize operations of communication in official events
oRealize the administrative follow-up of the files of the staff.
oPlan and organize operations of staff transport, according to the demand.
oReserve flight, accommodation and travel planning to the staff going on mission.
oCreating Purchase requests of material, equipment, supplier, and consumable and verify the conformity of the deliveries.
oPrepare and organize the meetings (invitations, preparation of files, reservation of rooms)
oTyping of documents, the processing of mails and the management of electronic messages.
What your background should look like:
This position is accessible with a level diploma Bac+4 or Licence in management assistant job / assistantship of management.
