  Job Summary

  The HCM Operations Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Healthcare Management Department. This role supports managers and associates through a variety of tasks and is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

  High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum one-year administrative support experienceProficient experience with MS Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility toCommunicate in a positive and effective manner in both oral and written communicationRead and interpret documents, criteria, instructions, and policy & procedure manualsWrite/create routine correspondence and reportsSpeak effectively with co-workers and senior managementAdd, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsCompute rate, ratio, and percentApply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram formDeal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsPerform multiple tasks simultaneouslyMaintain high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to learn new tasksWork in a dynamic team-oriented environmentWork independently with minimal supervision or instructionCapable of working in an environment that requires organization and prioritization in order to address time sensitive assignments

  Education:

  Associate's degree

  Experience:

  TPA or Insurance relate experience

  The compensation range for this role is $17.28/hr. - $32.44/hr. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
