Role Summary: Demonstrates thorough knowledge in assigned area and works under direction only as needed. Provides administrative support to senior managers and to a broader department or team. Independently manages a range of tasks and acts as first point of contact for internal and external queries.
Primary responsibilities/ essential functions:
Provides administrative support.
Extensively manages calendars. Plan, organizes and schedules meetings to accommodate managers and others. Uses discretion and judgement to determine the priority of meetings.Coordinates meetings with internal associates and external contacts.Manages travel arrangements. Reserves transport and accommodations taking into consideration manager preferences, cost, and timing implications.Completes business expense claims promptly and follows on reimbursements if necessary.Keeps abreast of internal administrative policies, practices, and guidelines (best practices, travel and expense guidelines, Office Services processes)Supports the client servicing and client operations team.
Pro-actively handles incoming queries; processing where appropriate; passing onto the relevant associate in a timely and accurate fashion.To coordinate, support and/ or lead Luxembourg fund range activities: including onboarding of new investors/distributors, review distributor agreements and rebates, handle investor queries, oversight of the outsourced transfer agency.To communicate effectively both internally and externally with our outsourced transfer agency as well as internal stakeholders and clients including on the progress of client activities and any escalation items.Provides external meeting support to the team.
Collates and prepares materials for client and prospect meetings.Maintains client organizational and contact data in Salesforce, ensures all meetings are logged.Assists with preparation of reports including gathering data from applications and conducting basic research.Manages the client/prospect information and activity.
Updates Salesforce for service requests, e.g., cash flows, change in contacts, guideline amendments.Manages the regular Client AML monitoring process.Distributes scheduled reports to clients/prospectsAssists in post trade compliance checks and reporting.
Checks compliance for accounts in Charles River Development and prepares month end reports for internal teams and clients.Provides trade and results reports to Investment Group.Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.Possesses strong attention to detail.Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software and applies it to work assignments.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
