  Descripción:

  El ad sales planner trabaja en estrecha colaboración con ejecutivos de cuentas para preparar propuestas, investigar, preparar planes de medios y presentaciones, dar seguimiento a la implementación de pautas comerciales y respaldar el proceso de ventas y su correcta ejecución.

  Reportará directamente al Ad Sales Planning Manager y será parte de un equipo de ventas, dentro del cual reportará a su vez al Director Comercial colaborando con el gerente/ejecutivo asignado; enfocándose en el servicio de las cuentas asignadas para dar la correcta atención a los clientes.

  Se convertirá en el enlace entre ventas y los departamentos internos que se relacionan con la correcta descarga de las pautas contratadas (Continuidad, Conciliación y Facturación)

  Altamente estratégico (pensamiento estructurado) y contar con habilidades de desarrollo visual narrativo (contar historias basadas en data) para realizar propuestas comerciales que conecten nuestras audiencias y las necesidades de los anunciantes.

  Se requiere esté familiarizado con el manejo de data proporcionado por el equipo de Research para desarrollar corridas de alcance y análisis Post Buy en caso de requerirse.

  Deberá ser capaz de jerarquizar proyectos, dar seguimiento puntual y colaborar de forma efectiva con todas las áreas de la organización.

  Responsabilidades:

  Trabaja con ejecutivos para desarrollar estrategias comerciales para clientes y prospectos, los cuáles incluyen la estructura de un plan de medios con base en presupuestos y necesidades de comunicación de los mismos (TV, Digital, Social Media e Influencers).Realizar estimados y KPIs en las propuestas, mediante el uso de data & insights para justificar propuestas y elaborar Post Buys.Organizar investigación e información competitiva para el Ejecutivo de Cuentas basada en análisis de data and insights.Preparar materiales de presentación basado en una propuesta de Excel y una historia gráfica.Monitorear el panorama competitivo para mantenerse al día de las campañas actuales y las oportunidades potenciales.Colaborar con Operaciones, Servicios Creativos, Solutions, Marcomms y Contenido para desarrollar y ejecutar las campañas de manera correcta.Responsable en la gestión e implementación de las propuestas comerciales en tiempos establecidos.Compartir con el Planning Manager y con su equipo de ventas los proyectos, estatus y cronograma semanal.Detectar e informar situaciones que alteren o impacten las negociaciones y acuerdos comerciales si estos se relacionan con las políticas internas de la empresa, lineamientos jurídicos, procesos de operaciones o conciliación, con la intención de buscar soluciones inmediatas.Desarrollar relaciones con los roles similares dentro de agencias y estructura del cliente.Adaptarse a la estructura y operación de los clientes, facilitando el flujo con las áreas internas.Liderear un proyecto anual en conjunto con su equipo comercial asignado basado en las oportunidades de industria.

  Requisitos:

  • • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para desarrollar presentaciones de alto impacto.

  • • Buena comprensión de las tecnologías y aspectos técnicos utilizados en la publicidad y la presentación de informes.

  Capacidad para gestionar y priorizas solicitudes, ser flexible y colaborar con equipos de otras áreas.Alta sensibilidad al tiempo de las fechas de vencimiento del flujo y etapa de las propuestas.
